Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetCliqlyy website and missed-call text-back service (collectively, the "Service") provided by GetCliqlyy. By accessing the website or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

GetCliqlyy automatically sends a text message to callers whose calls to your business go unanswered, inviting them to continue the conversation by text. The Service is designed to help small businesses capture leads they would otherwise lose.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including laws governing text messages and marketing communications. You are responsible for the content of any custom messages you configure and for obtaining any consents required from the people who contact your business.

GetCliqlyy is offered at a flat rate of $300 per month, with no setup fee. Billing begins when your account is activated and recurs monthly until cancelled. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by GetCliqlyy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every text message will be delivered, since message delivery depends on carriers and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetCliqlyy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that exposes us or our carriers to legal risk. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
